Lintec is a privately held manufacturing company located in Brantford, ON, Canada. Their planned growth and quality metrics had them searching for a comprehensive quality and continuous improvement solution that would support them quickly and into the future.

Current state quality management system was outdated, contributing to an increased number of quality defects which had a negative financial impact on profitability. We developed and executed a multi-week continuous improvement and quality management training curriculum for their direct labor and operations leadership teams.
